We are looking for a Software Sales Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be to seek new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential customers throughout a variety of different industries as well as driving the success of our sales team with a focus on sales process, methodology, and training.
To be successful in this role, you will generate leads through various advertising and marketing campaign means. You will use your communication skills to build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will be results driven, motivated, and thrive working in a team environment.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and continuous learning to assist sales team in building new skills, behaviors, and knowledge.
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship of staff to ensure there is continuous professional growth of each sales team member.
- Creation of assets to help our Sales Team close new business and expand existing business.
- Oversee qualififcation of leads from advertising or marketing campaigns
- Reach out to qualified leads through cold calls and emails
- Present our products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new opportunities in the industry and market
- Set up meetings and iniaitve contact with various stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with latest products and services
- Proven related work experience
- Experience with a variety of sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving results
- Experience with a modern CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging product or business presentations
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
